Xai Testnet Odyssey

The Xai testnet scaled to nearly 5 million daily transactions in Q4 of 2023. This was largely due to the gasless and walletless experience for two games, Web3 Warriors and Tarochi. The testnet also scaled to approximately 500,000 connected wallets.

Xai Sentry Node Launch

Shortly after the testnet Odyssey, Xai launched its Sentry Nodes in preparation for mainnet launch. The node sales resulted in over 13,000 ETH in node key sales.

Xai Mainnet Launch

On January 9, 2024, Xai released the mainnet chain.

Binance Launchpool & Xai Mainnet Integration

On January 9, 2024, Binance launched its Launchpool for Xai Blockchain’s gas token, XAI. This launch drove exchange volumes in excess of $200 million per day. Binance also chose to integrate Xai Mainnet on the exchange.

XAI Airdrop

Shortly after the Launchpool, Xai airdropped approximately 125 million XAI to its community and contributors.

Xai and MIX Partnership

In April, the Xai Foundation announced its partnership with the Media Indie Exchange, aiming to bring 100 games to Xai by the year's end.

Xai Connect

In June, Xai launched Xai Connect, which is an identity and authentication solution, moving the wallet to the backend of the experience for games and dApps.

Xai Builder

In June, Xai announced “Xai Builder”, a solution that makes it easy for traditional developers to incorporate web3 elements into their games and dApps.

Xai Vanguard Genesis

In June, Xai Vanguard: Genesis launched as a Season 2 campaign to promote adoption of the Xai Blockchain and ecosystem.
